FUND FOR THE STRUCTURAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMALL COMMON
It has a total budget of 100 million and is used to finance investments (€ 10 million for the year 2017 and € 15 million for each of the years from 2018 to 2023). For the use of resources, a national plan for the redevelopment of small municipalities and a list of priority interventions ensured by the National Plan are foreseen.
RECOVERY OF HISTORICAL CENTERS

The law permits, amongst other things, the municipalities in question to acquire and re-qualify buildings to counter the abandonment of land and buildings, to acquire or conclude arrangements for the recovery of cantonier houses and unused railway stations and attributes to the small communes the faculty, even in an associate form, to conclude, with the dioceses of the Catholic Church and with the representations of the other religious confessions that have concluded with the State, conventions for the safeguarding and recovery of cultural, historical, artistic assets and libraries of ecclesiastical bodies or bodies of officially recognized religious confessions.

It is established that the areas of small municipalities for which there is no interest of operators to establish fast and ultra fast connection networks can be addressed to the resources envisaged, implementing the 2015 ultra-wide band plan.
